Directions

Enabling people to live longer with chronic diseases and conditions has also increased the number who suffer from kidney failure. The Medical Center is the only hospital in southern New Hampshire to provide on-site chronic renal dialysis services.

Through our partnership with DaVita Healthcare, we provide chronic renal (kidney) dialysis services. We offer inpatient care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The outpatient unit provides hemodialysis Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6 am –11 pm, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 6 am–5 pm.

The facility at 38 Tyler Street on our main Nashua campus has ground level access and plenty of free parking. In addition, the professional offices of Nashua Nephrology are located there.

Our board certified nephrologists provide evaluation and treatment of nephrotic syndrome, various types of nephritis, diabetic nephropathy, and polycystic kidney disease. We also treat patients with urinary tract infections, renal stones, and all other renal disorders. Our nursing staff provides dialysis services to visitors in the area with end stage renal disease and support services to dialysis patients at local nursing homes.

Renal transplantation referral and transplant follow-up care can be arranged between The Medical Center and transplant facilities, such as Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Lahey Clinic.
