A hospitalist is the provider who takes care of you while you are staying in the hospital. Working with your Primary Care Physician, the hospitalist provides round-the-clock care for you until you leave the hospital. The Southern New Hampshire Medical Center Adult Hospitalist Program is one of the largest hospitalist programs in New Hampshire.
