Southern New Hampshire Health System (SNHHS)
For more than 100 years, Southern New Hampshire Medical Center has honored our mission: to improve, maintain, and preserve the overall health and well-being of individuals living in the greater Nashua area by providing information, education, and access to exceptional health and medical care services.
We have literally been at the heart of better health for Greater Nashua. Our main downtown campus, a familiar landmark for generations, has grown along with the Gate City. Today, The Medical Center and our affiliated doctors and services extend across much of southern New Hampshire.
Rich in history, we are known for being a step ahead. It may be why most babies born in Nashua arrive at The Family Center. Ours is the only newborn intensive care unit and the largest network of skilled primary care and specialty physicians in the area. Our patients tell us we are good at the things most important to them — like comfort, reassurance, and personal attention.
As we move forward in the 21st century, our strategy is guided by our organizational vision as developed by our employees. The vision of Southern New Hampshire Health System is to have the most satisfied patients and workforce in America.
Supporting our vision is a set of core values that define our culture. These core values address five critical areas for our organization: People, Service, Quality, Finance, and Growth. Our relationships with patients, employees, medical staff, our partners, and the community are based on empathy, respect, teamwork, and trust. These relationships, coupled with clinical excellence, lead to greater patient and employee satisfaction - and a healthier community.
Our plan for the next hundred years: to go right on improving the health of Greater Nashua by delivering convenient, local access to care that embraces the best of current, progressive medical practice.
