- Any adult or child who needs medical attention for a non-life threatening condition.
Will there be any communication with my PCP?
If your primary care provider is a member of Foundation Medical Partners, your primary care provider’s office will receive information about your visit immediately through the state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR). For those who do not have a Foundation Medical Partners’ provider, a copy of your visit will be sent to your medical provider.
