Occupational Therapy >>
Occupational therapy is the use of purposeful activity to promote health and prevent injury or disability. Any individual who has an injury, illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, developmental or learning disability, physical disability, or other disorder or condition may benefit from treatment. It is designed to develop, improve, sustain or restore the highest possible level of independence.
Occupational therapy services include:
- Evaluation/assessment

- Strength/range of motion testing
- Back to work training
- Patient/family teaching
- Functional re-education
