Physical Therapy >>

Our physical therapists are trained to improve movement and function, relieve pain, and expand the potential for mobility through special exercises, body mechanics, and treatment programs. Through evaluation and treatment, physical therapists can help prevent and treat athletic injuries.

 

Physical therapy programs include:

  • Evaluation/assessment
  • Strength/range of motion testing
  • Aquatic therapy
  • Sports therapy
  • Back to work training
  • Patient/family teaching
  • Osteoporosis program
  • Incontinence/pelvic floor program (not at all sites)
  • Back injury prevention classes
  • Low back stabilization exercise program
  • Independent fitness program
  • Strength and balance program for seniors
  • Wound care program (not at all sites)
  • Vestibular therapy (not at all sites)
  • Lymphedema management (not at all sites)
