Convenient Care West

Now open at our West Campus, Convenient Care West provides acute care services for our Foundation Medical Partners patients on the weekends and holidays, helping you to avoid a costly Emergency Department visit.  Our board certified providers and medical staff provide quality care for non-life threatening illnesses or injuries. You must be referred by your PCP or covering provider to make an appointment. No walk-ins, please.  We know your time is valuable, and scheduled appointments prevent waiting and are more convenient for you.
