Please request prescription refills at the time of your office visit. If you need to refill a prescription between office visits, you can call our office at (603) 577-3300. Allow 24-48 hours for all prescriptions to be written or faxed to your pharmacy. If you call and leave a message at night, on a weekend, or on a holiday, it will not be received until the next business day. When leaving a message requesting a prescription refill, please include the following information:
Patient's name (please spell first and last name)
Patient's date of birth
Name and correct spelling of the medication
Dosage
FrequencyName and location of pharmacy
A contact number where you may be reached
Prescription Renewals
If you need to renew a prescription you are already taking, please allow 48 hours for the renewal to be processed.
