Prescription Refills

To refill a prescription, please contact the office at (603) 577-3170.  Please provide our office with the following information.

 

• Patient's Name
• Date of Birth
• Name of your medication
• Dosage instructions
• Name and phone number of the pharmacy you would like the medication to be called in to.

Please allow the office 24 hours to refill all medications.  Check with your pharmacy to see if the medication has been called in before going to pick it up.
