Prescription Refills

Please request prescription refills at the time of your office visit. If you need to refill a prescription between office visits, you can call our Nashua office at (603) 577-3230 or our Hudson office at (603) 882-1652 . Please allow 24-48 hours for all prescriptions to be written or faxed to the pharmacy.  When you call, please have the following information available.

• Your name (please spell your first and last name)
• Your date of birth
• The correct spelling of the medication
• The dosage
• The frequency
• The pharmacy
• A contact number at which you may be reached

Prescription Renewals

If you need a renewal (a new prescription) for a medication you are already taking, please allow 48 hours for us to arrange this.
