Please request prescription refills at the time of your office visit. If you need to refill a prescription between office visits, please call the office and allow 48-72 hours for all prescriptions to be written or faxed to the pharmacy. When requesting a prescription, the receptionist will need to ask you for the following information:
Your name (please spell first and last name)
Your date of birth
The correct spelling of the medication
The dosage
The frequency
The pharmacy and location
A contact number at which you may be reached
Prescription Renewals
If you need a renewal (a new prescription) for a medication that you are already taking, please allow 48 hours for the renewal to be processed.
