Our providers are contracted with several insurance plans, and we will submit to most others for payment. Your copayment, as assigned by your insurance company, is expected at time of service, unless you have made arrangements with us prior to your visit. We understand that the cost of medical care can be unexpected. We will work with you to make payments as reasonable as possible. We will answer all your questions, and make sure that you understand everything about your bill.
Services rendered at Nashua West are billed from this location. You may contact us if you have any question regarding your bill. Statements are mailed out monthly. We accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover).
These are available under certain circumstances: a 20% discount will be offered to all self-pay patients with charges of more than $50.00 who make full payment within 30 days from the first statement date. A 15% discount will be offered to self-pay patients with charges of more than $50.00 who make full payment after 30 days from the first statement date, but within 60 days. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
