Yes. Dr. Jane L. Glidden, Dr. Cara D. Kaupp and Dr. Lila H. Monahan are certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and are fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Are the doctors accepting new patients?
Dr Lila H. Monahan and Dr Jane L. Glidden are accepting new patients. We care for patients from birth until early adulthood. You can call the office at (603) 891-0083 to schedule an appointment. Dr Cara D. Kaupp is not able to accept new patients at this time.
Can parents meet with a Partners in Pediatrics doctor before choosing them as their child's pediatrician?
Yes, parents expecting a child are invited to book an appointment to meet our doctors at one of our monthly "Meet the Pediatrician" nights. Parents that already have children can schedule an appointment to meet with one of the doctors during regular business hours.
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment ?
We request that you bring your current medical insurance card to each appointment, as well as any copay that your insurance company requires. If you are a new patient, please bring a list of your medications and/or allergies with you. It is also helpful to have your medical records transferred to our office prior to your first appointment.
Who can bring my child to the office for treatment?
It is strongly recommended that a parent/legal guardian accompany your child to office visits. A written consent form must accompany your child or be on file when a parent/legal guardian is unavailable. Please click here to print parental consent form. Children 18 years and older may sign for themselves.
How does your office handle health forms for school/sports/camp/daycare?
If your child's well child exams are up to date, we are happy to fill out forms for school, sports, daycare and camps. Forms can be mailed, faxed, or dropped off at our office. Please allow 3-5 business days for completion. Due to HIPAA guidelines, a parent or legal guardian's signature is required prior to the release of any health care information.
What is your policy regarding missed appointments?
Late cancellations and/or missed appointments adversly effect our ability to provide needed care for our patients. It is extremely important to keep your appointment and to arrive on time. Failure to notify our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment could deny another child an earlier appointment. Please click here for our No-Show policy.
What are your standards for Privacy and Protected Health Information?
Protecting your health information is your right and our responsibility. Our Notice of Health Information Privacy Practices booklet explains how we work together to ensure your privacy.
