Prescription Refills

Please request prescription refills at the time of your office visit.  If you need to refill a prescription between office visits, please call our office at (603) 891-0083. As long as your health care visits are up to date and you have completed all testing ordered by your physician, we can call most refills in to the pharmacy of your choice.  Please have the following information available when calling in prescription refill requests.

 

• Patients name
• Date of birth
• Medication
• Dosage
• Pharmacy
• Contact name and number

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refill request.
