In the event of a life-threatening emergency (such as a heart attack or loss of consciousness), call 911 or your local emergency number immediately or go directly to the nearest Emergency Department (ED) by ambulance.
Your copay for an emergency hospital visit is usually listed on the front of your insurance card. If you have questions regarding an emergency visit, please refer to the member services department of your insurance plan.
When the office is closed during evening, weekends or holiday hours, a designated provider (doctor or nurse practitioner) will be on-call to answer your questions and guide you to appropriate care. This could save you a trip to the ED and a higher copay. To reach our answering service before or after normal office hours, please dial (603) 881-9311 and press 0.
If you go to the ED, a triage nurse will evaluate your condition and direct you to an appropriate area within the ED for your care.
If you wish to leave a non-urgent message for your therapist, you may do so on their private and confidential voice mail. Your therapist has given you their direct extension, or you can access the directory by calling our office number (603) 881-9311 then pressing 1.
