Please allow two (2) business days for your request to be processed. If there is a problem, we will contact you. Otherwise, after the two business days, check with your pharmacy or call our front desk if you are looking for a written prescription or samples.
Our prescription line is checked throughout the day, Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm and on Friday from 8am - 12pm.
If you are having side effects from your medication, or any other medical issues related to your prescriptions, please call the front desk directly at (603) 881-9311.
If you are waiting for an insurance pre-authorization to get your medication covered at the pharmacy, please be aware that once we have completed the requested paperwork and faxed it to your insurance company, we must wait to hear back from them about whether or not they will approve the coverage.
