Prescription Refills

Please request prescription refills at the time of your office visit. If you need to refill a prescription between office visits, you can call our office at (603) 577-8407. Allow 24-48 hours for all prescriptions to be written or faxed to the pharmacy. If you leave a message on our answering machine, please include the following information:

• Your name (please spell your first and last name)
• Your date of birth
• The correct spelling of the medication
• The dosage
• The frequency
• The pharmacy
• A contact number at which you may be reached

Prescription Renewals

If you need a renewal (a new prescription) for a medication you are already taking, please allow 48 hours for us to arrange this.
