This refill line is checked Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you leave a prescription refill request on this line at night, on a weekend, or on a holiday, it will not be received until the next business day. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for all refills.
We need the following information to refill your prescription:
- Your name (please spell your last name)
- Your date of birth
- Medication (please spell it for us)
- Dosage
- Name and phone number of the pharmacy you use.
- Call back number in case we need to reach you.
Please remember to allow 24 to 48 hours for the refill. Call your pharmacy to be sure it has been called in.
