Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is pleased to introduce the Heart Health Connection (HHC), an educational program of classes and resources specifically designed to help our community stay heart healthy.
Join a Heart Health Connection class that's right for you: nutrition, exercise, tobacco cessation, or diabetes and heart disease. We recommend that you start with Nutrition 101—then Nutrition 201or 301.
