Health and Wellness Programs

The Medical Center offers a comprehensive package of health and wellness services for businesses in the greater Nashua area. Through on-site educational programs and health screenings, employers can improve and protect their employees' health.

Screenings

All screenings are conducted by a registered nurse or qualified medical professional and include a brief one-on-one consultation. Additional counseling is available upon request.

• Blood Glucose Fingerstick Analysis
• Body Composition Analysis (Futrex 5000)
• Blood Pressure Screening

Health & Wellness Lectures

The Medical Center has an extensive speaker's bureau of expert health care professionals. Most lectures are offered free or at a minimal charge.

Smoking Cessation Program Options

• Smoking Cessation Display. Smoking related materials and quit tips. Optional: a health care professional available to answer questions.
• Are You Ready to Quit?
  One or two-hour overview of readiness and smoking behavior. Includes:
  Understanding your smoking habit
  Looking at what makes it difficult to quit
  Products that help in quitting
  Stress management techniques
  Looking at the decision process and finding motivations to quit
