Quality Care at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is committed to having the most satisfied patients in America. This means that we all work together to constantly improve our services, from making sure your meals arrive warm and on time to providing our clinical staff with the latest technology for your treatment and follow-up care.

Our culture is based on the five core principals of people, service, quality, finance and growth. High quality performance is a thread that runs through everything we do. Our Quality Management team oversees clinical processes and is constantly working to improve on our promise and our delivery.

Today, our patients are receiving better care, closer to home with procedures like emergent angioplasty and vein ablation. We offer the latest in imaging technology for CT angiography, breast MRI and digital mammography. The physicians who oversee these tests and treat our patients are all trained in the United States and undergo a rigorous credentialing process before they become part of our active Medical Staff. Our nurses all take part in an annual Skills Day and many take advantage of  the opportunity for further certification.

On the following pages you will find links to the NH Quality Assurance site where you can see how our hospital ranks with other health care facilities in the state. We are active participants in the NH Quality Assurance Committee, a statewide group that is working to make health care information more accessible.

Once you have been our patient, we want to know what you think about your stay with us. All of our patients receive a survey to fill out and the responses are collected, processed and studied for ways to make our delivery of care better.

We all take pride in our mission statement, "A higher level of care is more than words, our people make it happen every day."
