Wireless Internet Access

We offer free Internet access through our wireless network as a complimentary service to our patients, visitors and guests. Wireless access is available throughout the facility. Permission to use the service with your personal laptop computer or wireless device is subject to the restrictions set forth below.

By using our wireless connection, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You are accessing the Internet at your own risk. We do not provide technical support. We recommend that subscribers use personal antivirus, firewall and virtual private network (VPN) software on their devices if security is a concern on the public open network. We are not responsible for any hardware or software issues that may arise before, during or after use of the wireless network.
• We use content filtering tools to help users avoid inadvertently accessing web sites containing content that is inconsistent with our purpose for providing Internet access.
• Using this connection to either view or send offensive or otherwise inappropriate messages and/or images is prohibited.

This service is separate from any network used to transmit patient data. Southern New Hampshire Medical Center does not collect personally identifiable information from your use of the wireless network, but does record device address, time and date of connection for usage reporting.
